Natural Healing From the Inside Out

I started going to Energetic Grace in an effort to work through emotional trauma from my past relationships. But the results have been mind blowing. A few years ago I noticed a spot on my nose that I worried was skin cancer. It was rough and awful to look at, I tried all the different creams and scar removers to make the spot disappear. I showed my doctor and she had zero answers for me. I lived with it for several years before I went to Chris. After 2 Quantum Touch sessions with Chris I noticed the spot was getting smaller then completely disappeared. I had tried everything but never considered that it was trauma’s or energy that just hadn’t moved on. It blows my mind how different I feel after working with Chris, she’s incredible at what she does and so caring. You can tell she works from a place of love. Working with Chris has given me the ability to break through some of my emotional walls and really begin to heal.

During my first energy session with Chris, she explained that she had cleared out what she called “lots of heavy ancestral stuff that didn’t serve me.”  After that session, I realized I no longer felt this black cloud hovering over me that I’d been feeling since childhood.  As I continued working with her, she suggested increasing my Solle Naturals Adaptable’s and frequently applying Solle Naturals Compass Blend Roll On essential oils. She also suggested soaking every night for one hour using Epsom salt and Solle Naturals Balance and Calm essential oils in my bath water.  WOW!  What a difference that made to calm the volatile volcano that was in my chest, just waiting to erupt.  As I continued working with Chris and faithfully implementing her suggestions, these explosions became less volatile and farther apart.  Chris suggested other tools such as meditation and journaling.  I resisted this for a while, but when I gave it a try, my whole mindset changed. 

Today, I am happy to say that the volcano seems to be dead.  I do still have things that trigger me every now and then, but I am in a much better place and can manage them in a calm way.  With the amazing energy work Chris offers, and the tools she has equipped me with, I feel like a totally different person.  I am so grateful to be able to work with her.  Happiness and joy are part of my life again.

Chris has been a big help in working through trauma with Quantum Touch, that was creating mental blocks in my day-to-day life.  She has a way of helping you process things clearly while also pointing out patterns and perspectives you may not see of your own.  Because of that, I’ve been able to move forward instead of staying stuck.  I would absolutely recommend Chris to anyone looking to work through challenges and feel better.

I can’t recommend working with Chris enough. Before seeing Chris, I constantly had discomfort in my hand that made me lose complete mobility of it, and I hadn’t had feeling in my pointer finger since breaking it in 2018. But within a few short minutes of working with Chris, the discomfort and pain were entirely gone, and I gained feeling in my pointer finger. Additionally, a muscle spasm in my neck going down to my shoulder blade dissipated entirely, and overall, I felt more relaxed and at ease. Christ truly has a gift for healing.

I have been consistently taking my Solle Vital and Solle Renue per Chris’s guidance, until one night I didn’t. I realized when I woke in the middle of the night that I forgot my sleepy time tea, the Renue. I won’t make that mistake again; it truly makes a difference. Thank you.
